We stand by our equipment. Meridian 5-Year Equipment Guarantee on copiers and fax machines is unique to the industry. On most service calls, our technician can fix the problem on the spot. In the rare case that the problem cannot be fixed in a reasonable timeframe, we offer a loaner machine through our maintenance plans.
We offer shop repair at lower rates for those customers who wish to determine if their old machines are worth fixing, and they can find out for only a very small diagnostic fee's. We offer on-site inspections at no charge for new customers who wish to purchase a maintenance contract.
